Kunanets.art offers original artworks and other physical art-related products created or offered by Khrystyna Kunanets. Because artworks are handmade and individually finished, slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, and details may occur. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect.
7. Product Presentation
We make every effort to display artworks and products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and details may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and device display.
8. Prices and Taxes
All prices shown on the website are listed in the currency displayed on the product page or at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, or similar charges that may apply in the destination country. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges and any other additional costs are shown during checkout before the order is completed.
9. Orders and Contract Conclusion

Orders are shipped internationally via Ukrposhta unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection, additional shipping costs may apply.
12. Import Duties and Customs
Import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, and local taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
13. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers may request a return within 14 days from the date the goods are received unless an exception permitted by applicable law applies. To initiate a return, please contact us by email before sending the item back.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible. Unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered, the direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
