Frequently Asked Questions

1. About the Artwork

What is a 3D oil painting (impasto)?

A 3D oil painting means the artwork has real physical texture. The surface is built in layers using oil paint to create depth and sculptural highlights. The texture is authentic and not printed.

Are these original paintings or prints?

All artworks are original hand painted oil paintings. Each piece is unique and one of a kind.

Is the vintage plate a real plate?

No. The plate is part of the painted concept. Many artworks are created on round canvases to enhance the plate illusion.

Are the paintings signed?

Yes. Every original painting is personally signed by the artist.

Can the textured surface be touched?

Yes. Once fully dried, the impasto structure becomes hard and stable. The raised oil paint is durable and may be gently touched.

Does the painting need to be framed?

No. The artwork does not require a frame. The concept represents a plate and is designed to hang directly on the wall. Each canvas is ready to hang.

2. Custom Orders

Do you accept custom commissions?

Yes. Custom paintings can be created based on your preferred subject, food theme, size, color palette or personal concept.

Can a sold artwork be recreated?

Each painting is unique and not replicated exactly. However, a new artwork in a similar style or theme can be commissioned.

What information is required for a custom order?

Please provide the desired subject, preferred size and shape, color preferences, reference images if available, delivery country and timeline if applicable.

Any applicable import VAT, local taxes or customs handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
