Return Policy
1. Scope
This Return Policy applies to purchases made through kunanets.art.
This Policy does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
2. Right to Return
If you are a consumer, you may request a return or withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods, unless a lawful exception applies.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to notify us of your decision to return before the 14-day period expires.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at office@kunanets.art and include your full name, order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the date of delivery.
Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we may need to provide return instructions and confirm the appropriate return method.
After notifying us of your return, please send the goods back without undue delay.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be sent back securely packed and, where reasonably possible, with the original protective packaging and any included documentation or accessories.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop in order to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, if the value of the goods is reduced because of handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we may reduce the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Please keep your proof of purchase and proof of return shipment until the return has been completed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The right of return or withdrawal may not apply to commissioned artworks, personalized items, custom-made products, or goods made to your specifications, where such exclusion is permitted by applicable law.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us without undue delay at office@kunanets.art and, where possible, attach photos of the item and packaging.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. The cost of returning defective or incorrect items will be borne by us where required by law.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise, the direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
If the law requires us to bear return shipping costs, or if we expressly agree to do so, we will inform you accordingly.
8. Refunds
Refunds are processed without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
Where mandatory law requires it, the refund will include the purchase price and the original standard delivery charges. Any additional cost resulting from an express or premium delivery option chosen by the customer is not refundable unless required by law.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
